Our system adopts a dual safety framework: flexible power regulation paired with hard trip protection relay, forming two layers of safeguards to eliminate reverse current risk.
1. Flexible power tuning: High-precision energy meter collects real-time voltage, current and power data at the grid connection point, communicating with solar inverters to dynamically lower PV output. This matches generation to factory load to maximize on-site self-consumption, curtail light curtailment losses and retain full solar economic benefits.
- 2. Hard trip backup protection: If sudden load drops cause excessive reverse power flow beyond limits, the dedicated anti-reverse protection relay immediately cuts off the PV grid tie point within 2 seconds. It fully complies with GB/T 50865 grid connection standards, mandating power reduction or circuit breaking once reverse current exceeds 5% of rated output, ensuring full grid compliance.
·380V low-voltage rooftop PV: Standalone AM2SE-Z anti-reverse protection relay with built-in energy meter
- · 10kV medium & large industrial solar stations: AM3-Z series protection device
-
· 35kV large-scale industrial park PV systems: AM5SE-IS high voltage monitoring relay
For multi-building, long-distance distributed PV layouts, the AM5SE-PV master-slave series delivers stable master-slave communication for coordinated multi-point monitoring, compatible with both short and long wiring distances.
